Terms and Conditions of Entry

Competition starts on Monday 27/11/2017 at 12pm Est and concludes 30/6/2018 at 12pm Est. 
 
One winning school only will receive a ‘show-set and support-package’ for their next school production. The production must be staged in a ‘suitable venue’ before 30/6/2019. A ‘suitable venue’ is deemed so at the discretion of the promoter. 
 
Prize has an estimated sale value of $30000. 
 
Schools can enter by registering their interest for a ‘cost-sharing solution’ online at www.palink.com.au. To be eligible for this competition, the entrant must be an authorised person from a registered school within Victoria, Queensland or NSW only.   
 
The prize is drawn by random selection by an independent and authorized person at 12pm on the 30/6/2018 at 12pm at Unit 5/26 Grandlee Drive WENDOUREE VIC 3355  
 
The ‘winner’ will be notified via email by 6pm on the 30/6/2018. A 21-day ‘waiting period’ from this date will then occur. During this period, the winner must nominate a date for delivery and installation of the set no more than 8 days before ‘Opening night’ of the production. The ‘production period’ must not exceed 12 days following the installation date. 
 
During the 21-day waiting period, the winning school must also provide; 1. Technical specifications of the venue were the production is to be held.  2. A production schedule that details the important dates including; installation date and final date for removal of the set and include all rehearsals in which the authorized personnel from THE PERFORMING ARTS LINK PTY LTD are required to be present.  3. A copy of the performance rights agreement for the nominated production. 
 
THE PERFORMING ARTS LINK PTY LTD will be responsible for transportation, installation, management and removal of the set for the duration of the production period.  
 
THE PERFORMING ARTS LINK PTY LTD will not occur any ‘other’ costs for the school production including venue hire or licensing/ rights for the nominated production.   
 
If these conditions are not satisfied within 21 days of draw or if the winning school ‘opts out’ at any time during this period, then the school will be disqualified and immediately notified via email. A second draw will then be made within 48hrs, and the new winner will be notified via email within 6hrs of the second draw.  
 
The results will be published online at www.palink.com.au and on Facebook and Instagram for a period of 28 days.  
 
The information collected through this competition is to be used by THE PERFORMING ARTS LINK PTY LTD to match schools who are interested in a ‘cost-sharing solution’. The information gathered through the registration process will not be used for any other reason.
